I’m Casey Berglund…
…a registered dietitian, yoga teacher, and media spokesperson, who believes all people deserve to feel free in their relationship with food and confident in their bodies, so they have more energy for the important things in life. I’m the owner of worthyandwell.com, and the creator of a suite of online programs including Yoga for Mindful Eating and Living – The Course and Yoga for Nutrition Professionals.
From June to August 2017, I took a road trip across Canada to raise awareness about the negative influences of diet culture and empower smart, soulful individuals to eat mindfully, love their bodies, and live consciously. I be taught Yoga for Mindful Eating and Living – The Workshop face-to-face at various locations across the country.
