Be Part of the Cross Canada Road Trip With a Mission

Dear Valued Follower,

Have you heard? The Worthy and Well Cross-Canada Road Trip starts in June 2017.

I am traveling across the country to raise awareness about the negative influences of diet culture and empower smart, soulful individuals (like you!) to eat mindfully, love their bodies, and live consciously.

I’m thrilled to be partnering with mindful communities across the country to bring Yoga for Mindful Eating and Living – The Workshop to you.

Please click here if you want to learn more about the road trip and get registered for a workshop!

If you struggle with food, dislike your body, or feel a little bit stuck in your life, then attending The Workshop could be a game-changer. I want to help you let food just be food, instead of something to beat yourself up over. I wish to show you how to appreciate, respect, and maybe even love your body, instead of constantly feeling like your body is wrong and needs to be different. And I want to help you feel free in your life – able to put your energy into what REALLY matters to you!

You Are Invited to Join a Movement

I want this cross-Canada trip to be the start of a really important movement.

One that inspires, heals, and supports connection and collaboration.

Are you in?

Here’s the link again to learn more about the movement, the mission, and how you can take part and support.

Please join me and other amazing like-minded individuals.

So much love + gratitude to you,

Casey

PS – If you have any questions whatsoever, please don’t hesitate to email the Worthy and Well team at support@worthyandwell.com.

2 Keys to ease stress eating

2 Keys to Ease Stress Eating #nutritionmonth2017

We all eat when we’re not physically hungry and use food for comfort or to ease stress some of the time. That’s so normal. So human. The challenge is when food becomes a go-to mechanism for soothing, distracting, or numbing uncomfortable emotions. Or when it’s consistently used to “take the edge off” after a long, [...]

Embarrassing and uncomfortable digestive symptoms suck.
